I'm a certified Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and have been trained in Inclusive and Trauma-Informed Yoga.
In addition, I am a Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Mindfulness, and Wellness Facilitator, the founder of Natora Yoga, and a former Special Education Teacher.
I believe in the value in caring for the whole person, which emphasizes the importance of providing holistic and individualized care to each person, considering their physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs.
Yoga has been my go-to form of self-care for over a decade. And now, I'm excited to share these practices with you!
